Q: At what time is check-in?
A: From 15:00.

Q: Can I do an early check-in?
A: Yes, depending on availability. Please call the Camp Reception prior to your arrival.

Q: At what time is check-out?
A: Till 10:00.

Q: Where can I see the rates and make a reservation?
A: You can check rates and make a reservation on our website or send request to our sales department. Terms and conditions on our web page are the same as in our sales office.

Q: Is there a possibility for a late check-out?
A: Yes, depending on availability. More info at the reception. Extra charge is 30 Euro until 15:00 + 5 Euro every additional hour. Late check-out is room only service, does not include meals and drinks.

Q: Can I check-in online?
A: Yes, you can check-in online prior to your arrival instead of waiting in queue at the reception. Click HERE.

Q: What are the working hours of reception?
A: Our camp reception service is available 24 hours.

Q: Which languages are spoken at reception?
A: English, French, German and Croatian.

Q: Can I leave my luggage at the camp?
A: Yes, available free of charge at your check-in and check-out days.

Q: Which credit cards are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Diners Club cards.

Q: When do I pay my accommodation?
A: It depends on chosen reservation option. Reservation with Non-refundable option will be paid immediately after the reservation has been made. Reservation with Free cancellation option will be paid upon arrival during check in process.

Q: Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
A: We have only non smoking rooms.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at Waterman Beach Village?
A: Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge in rooms and in public areas.

Q: Do you offer transfer from Split airport to ferry port and from ferry port to Camp?
A: No, we don't offer transfer service from the airport to Split ferry port. From Supetar ferry port is cca 10 minute walk or you can take a local taxi.

Q: Is there a safe deposit box in the room?
A: No. The safe deposit box is located at the reception, extra charge of cca 1,33 Euro per day.

Q: Does the housekeeping clean the rooms every day?
A: Our housekeeping is cleaning 6 days a week, no room cleaning on Sunday.

Q: How often are bed lines and towels changed in the room?
A: Bed lines and towels are changed minimum once a week. Our camp is part of Travelife ecological sustainability. We oblige to make waste water and use of detergent al less as possible.

Q: How far is the beach?
A: Waterman Beach Village is less than 200m from beach.

Q: Does Waterman Beach Village have an exchange office?
A: There is no exchange office. The nearest exchange office is located near the ferry port.

Q: How far is Waterman Beach Village from the ferry port?
A: It is only 1 km away.

Q: Are there any stores nearby?
A: Yes, there is Lidl (500m), Tommy (700m), Konzum (700m).

Q: Can I rent a car at the camp or nearby?
A: Yes, for more information contact camp reception.

Q: How can I reserve a table at a la carte restaurant Otok in hotel Osam?
A: Reservations are made directly with the hotel on this number +385 (0)21 552-333.

Q: What should I do in case I forgot something in my room at the camp?
A: We have a lost and found procedures followed in our camp. Feel free to contact the reception for more information.

Q: Can we easily book a taxi?
A: Yes, at the reception desk.
